Today I was called to a door that was only a year old was not double locking. I checked to make sure nothing was getting in the way. I then removed 1 keep at a time to resolve the problem 1 minute it was OK then it play up again. I then checked the hinges to find that the screws on the lower hinge had worked loose allowing the door to move to a different position each time it was closed. I tightened them up in the correct position and all was good.
